Call For Entries

 

The Theme is Spring. Susan Armstrong invites painters to submit two to three paintings for a show at Grace Untied Church. Thornbury. Receiving is at 1.00 pm at the church on March 15. Susan advised that very small painting would not show well. Hanging period is March 15 to the end of April. There is no fee to hang, but a 20% commission will be taken when a painting sells.

 

The 2010 Murray Jacob Clerkson Award.

The recipient of the Award will receive a prize of $1000 (plus interest accumulated in one year) and will be honoured with the four other finalists at a reception and exhibition and sale of their work in the BMFA Arts Centre’s Clerkson Gallery.

Application forms and details regarding competition requirements are available in the BMFA offices and on our website. Submissions are to be received at The Arts Centre, 163 Hurontario St., Collingwood, by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 24, 2010.

 

30th Annual Juried Art Show – BMFA

Entries will be received at the library on March 27 from 10.00am till 4.00pm.Show runs at the new Collingwood Library, 55 St. Marie St. Collingwood from the 3rd April till the 30th April, 2010.
