Elio Bettio was born in Venice Italy in 1947 and moved to Canada in 1950. He has lived in Guelph, Ontario ever since. He has been carving for over 30 years and enjoys carving many different subjects. His creations include walking sticks, canes, staffs and an array of sculptures and relief carvings. Elio has only recently begun his exposure to the art world and looks to continue participating in the art community.
